An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Specification Advisor to join the Technical & Certification team for an Ipswich
- based company within the flat-roofing sector. This is a pivotal role within the organisation and remote/hybrid working will be considered.

The company is dynamic and innovative, dedicated to re-imagining what is possible within the flat-roofing sector. They are based in beautiful new offices with river views on the outskirts of Ipswich. A highly competitive salary is on offer together with hybrid/remote working and private health care.

The Technical & Certification team manage the company's technical documentation library, testing and certification programme.

Key Duties

Authoring, maintenance and administration of master template specifications
Maintain efficient filing protocol and document management, working with NBS Chorus platform to ensure all are up to date
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with architects, surveyors and other 3rd party stake holders in order to deliver specifications

Essential Skills and Experience

Previous experience in specifications within the flatroof or construction sector is essential
Experience of NBS Chorus specification platform
Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills
