What we're looking for:

We are seeking a Maintenance Operative who takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team.

You may be a newcomer into the industry still studying or have years of experience. We work with a number of high profile clients including Portfolio Managers, Letting agents and private landlords.

Duties to include - but not limited to:

• Painting and decorating to include prep
• Minor property repairs
• Small plumbing tasks
• Fence erection
• Changing locks

We are looking for the right character, we expect all of our team members to maintain great relationships not only internally and with our clients, but with our sub-trades as well.

What we're offering:

Aslan Property Services Ltd are offering an employed or self-employed (CIS) position in a professional and well-kept work environment. You may be still studying at College or have years of experience.

Depending on skill level and experience, we are offering between £ £18.50/hour. There may also be an opportunity for you to have a company vehicle. You must have a valid driver's license.

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

£12.50-£18.50 per hour
