Salary up to £72,000 + Bonus + Beneifts
Remote Working / Work from Home

You'll be joining a team of highly experienced industry professionals, consultants and technology experts and this highly skilled team help drive improvements to many aspects of business creating efficiencies and growth.

Whilst all Consultants are home based,you may be required to travel to client sites as part of the project.

Many projects will have almost no travel requirement, others may require daily commuting or even staying away from home on occasion.

Job Description:

Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for CRM technology solutions
Provide hands on functional and technical knowledge as well as managing client relationships
Write development specifications and interface with customers to test modsand resolve any issues that arise
You'll be given the opportunity to occasionally lead consultants in various project work streams
Analyse customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions
Responsible for completeness and quality of functional design
Translate business requirements into CRM functional and configuration requirements
Responsible for testing and documenting the CRM configuration
