The role:

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our marketing and product teams.


As a Conversion Optimization Specialist at Pockit, you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel.

In this role, you will perform analyses and testing to determine the best strategies for our business with the goal of improving our conversions and product adoption.


What you'll do:


You will be working closely with our Marketing, Product and Business Intelligence teams and should be passionate about digital marketing and have a firm grasp of key concepts and skills, such as A/B testing and web analytics (Mixpanel, AppsFlyer and Power BI).


  • Manage key conversion points in Pockit's marketing funnel
  • Propose and manage testing strategies to optimize landing pages, website callstoaction (CTAs), and leadgenerating forms
  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams responsible for our acquisition channels in order to optimize each conversion path
  • Increase conversion rates and drive product uptake
  • Optimize the signuptoactivecustomer conversion rate
  • Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
  • Participating in strategic sessions relating to the launch and adoption of new and existing features
  • Monitoring key metrics and maintaining conversion rates for the business.

Who you are:


  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, statistics or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing conversion role or digital marketing
  • Experience using conversion assistance tools, such as Mixpanel, PowerBI or Appsflyer
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMSs), such as Webflow and A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize
  • Knowledge of all aspects of conversion enhancement, including copywriting, UX, and web analytics
  • A strong technical foundation or background in digital marketing
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
