Job description


As a Junior Marketing Projects Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Director, this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, a creative eye and ability to adapt to new processes as required.


The person chosen will help with the creation/adaptation of every-day processes to increase team efficiency, will need to have strong interpersonal skills.


As day-to-day responsibilities may vary, it will be fundamental that there is a willingness to grow with the company and learn new skills day-by-day.

This role will work closely with other departments, to support and ensure all projects are carefully organisedso that the Marketing team can deliver all projects at the highest standard.


This role will also require organising translation files, frequent usage of Dropbox and Asana, close management of glossary files, ensuring all team members are completing their tasks by assigned deadlines, and being proactive in identifying possible issuesahead of time.

This is an office based role which is in Hammersmith. You will have excellent communications skills and enjoy working in a busy fast paced environment.
