I am working with a great organisation located in Bolton who are looking for a Training Administrator to join their HR team - this role would suit someone who is looking to gain experience in their L&D career or someone who has a good couple of years within an admin role.

More about the role

Providing advice and support on all people related matters.
Process sickness/holidays/other absence.
Responding to queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
Issuing training activities to the group.
Working cooperatively with the HR Manager, escalating queries as and when required.
Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
Monitoring HR inbox, answering stakeholder queries and escalating to HR.
Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
All areas of HR administration.
Recruitment and selection.
