What does your typical day look like?
You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to all UK customers through striving to reduce the number of non
- conforming orders and ensuring relationships between the team and customers are collaborative and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Other key actions will be but not limited to:

  • Support the daily /weekly customer on time in full profile
  • To actively manage the relationship between the customer service team and other departments with an emphasis on demand planning and the sales team.
  • Support the team in building proactive, credible and robust relationships will all customers and 3PL
  • Responsibility for order fulfilment
  • Period end reporting
  • To manage the team performance, activity and development

What are the key ingredients needed for the role?
You will need previous experience working within a supply chain environment.

You will need to be confident with leading a team with energy, creativity and a proactive perspective.
