CLASS 2 HGV DRIVER NEEDED - Monday to Friday Days

Our client is a well established and fast growing temperature controlled business based across several Depots around the UK


We have an ongoing job available for an additional Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Driver to work Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend overtime available).

Search Consultancy are proud to have worked with this customer for over 5 years.


THE JOB
Driving a Class 2 (Cat 2) Truck (Refrigerated trailer). You will be delivering pallets to their customer network around the UK. Duties will involve using a PPT to assist the FLT Drivers loading and unloading the trailer.

Ensuring all customer paperwork is signed on delivery and returned to the transport office.


SHIFT PATTERNS
The job is mostly Monday to friday with start times between 0800 to 0800.

Depending on customer demand there will be opportunities for weekend overtime.


WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A DRIVER:
We are looking for committed drivers looking for ongoing, Full time work.

Must have a valid Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Licence.

For Insurance purposes you will need to have no more than 6 minor points on your licence. (Preferably less than 3 points)


For Insurance purposes you will need to have 12 months HGV Driving experience (doesn't have to be within the last year).
