About the job:


As a Head of Channel Sales and Activations, you will lead a team to drive the execution of Hardware product launches as well as Google's day-to-day retail stores, call centers and some B2B activities across major partners.

Through our partner staff, you will drive knowledge and advocacy as well as the merchandising of our Pixel, Nest, and Fitbit products among our third-party Carriers, Consumer Electronics retailers, and Specialty B2B channels to drive channel sellout.

You will build partner relationships through influence and negotiation to align on joint operational ambitions.


In this role, you will also contribute to scaling Partner Operations for Google hardware through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis.

Streamlining the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.

You will analyze data across merchants, products, promotions, and other variables to optimize performance, as well as analyzing competitor activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team to provide operational support for partners who range Google hardware and drive operational excellence across in store furniture elements. Report on fixture compliance and drive Servicelevel agreements (SLAs) to ensure resolutions.
  • Manage specific executional activities of daytoday store and call center operations for Google in the UK and Ireland, providing a clear mapping of the activities in every region.
  • Support the successful implementation and ongoing management of customer programs product launches, and fixture strategy and operations.
  • Coordinate thirdparty vendors and their resources to deliver upon SLAs and terms of our agreements.
  • Partner with the Team Lead and the regional and incountry leadership team. Help build an outstanding portfolio that consistently meets exceptional standards through creating and managing processes, systems, and tools.
