    Manufacturing Engineer

    Manufacturing Products that Matter

    As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in providing engineering and technical support for our manufacturing process and projects. Effective communication skills will be essential to collaborate with other departments and teams within the plant, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

    In this role, you will:

    • Assist with maintaining standard procedures and instructions to support our manufacturing needs.
    • Troubleshoot issues promptly and work with other areas to implement improvements.
    • Provide technical support for customer and/or vendor needs.
    • Participate in third-party audits with the team.
    • Collaborate on projects with the team.
    • Offer day-to-day support in the engineering discipline.

    We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with the following qualifications:

    • A four-year degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
    • Basic blueprint reading skills, engineering drawing interpretation, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing skills, 2D and/or 3D CAD proficiency.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer literacy.
    • A high level of motivation to succeed in engineering and manufacturing.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
    • Mechanical background with hands-on experience in machining or machinery repair.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all levels of the company and external clients.
    • Ability to physically lift up to 15lbs when necessary.
