Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well reputed local company, who are currently looking for a Temporary Project Administrator to provide administrative support for projects and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the projects as required.
This is an ongoing temporary role with an immediate start required.Duties and responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for projects
- Supporting and liaising with the research team
- Updating and maintaining data on new and existing systems relating to key contacts and services
- Collecting and collating project data
- Producing briefing papers, statistical reports and correspondence
- Liaising with staff, partners, stakeholders and external agencies
- Identifying, implementing and developing new technologies and tools
- Completing work in line with national and local project timescales
Skills and experience required:
- Previous administration experience
- Confident communicator with excellent written skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional and discrete
- IT literate
- MS Office
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am 4.30pm or 9.00am 5.00pm
- Office based
Salary and benefits:
- £11.27 per hour
- Free parking
