About The Role:


The Secondary Care operations team are looking for a versatile project manager who will be responsible for planning, organising, and directing activities related to ongoing and new projects in the company and supporting operational activities.

The department requires an individual who is willing to engage in constant learning to accommodate the breadth of the services requirements.


This role will support the Senior Operations Business partner in delivering business objectives both on a project and ongoing engagement basis.


The role offers flexible remote working, some travel to services where major initiatives are taking place and attendance for some meetings, usually in Reading.

This role is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £48,000 per annum.

  • Microsoft project online
  • Use of Teams for Task Management
  • Understanding of Change management methodologies
  • Understanding of working in a healthcare setting
  • Facilitation skills
  • Prince2 or willing to work towards
