An excellent opportunity is on offer for an Internal Sales Negotiator looking to develop a long lasting career within a well-established manufacturing company.
Due to expansion and continued growth, our client is looking to add to their already stable and skilled sales team.
As an Internal Sales Negotiator you will act as first point of contact for their precious customer base, delivering the ultimate in customerservice, develop robust relationships with key accounts and enhance sales and profitability.
The successful applicant will possess an insatiable desire to produce results, have commitment to excellence and be able to build outstanding customer relationships.
Internal Sales Negotiator main duties:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers, alongside Architect's, Engineers and Main Contractors
- Preparing processing and checking detailed quotations with accuracy to meet customers deadlines and departmental standards
- Quotation follow up and information gathering
- Negotiating and securing orders within agreed contribution parameters
- Setting up projects and opportunities on Sales force
- Work as a team with the external Area Sales team, to ensure they optimise sales and contribution
- Working closely with colleagues and other departments (technical, customer service and accounts).
- Project tracking and follow up
- Forecasting sales opportunities accurately within sales force alongside working with bespoke reports for your area
- Processing orders on to the system with high accuracy ensuring deadlines are achieved
- Raising credit notes where applicable
Internal Sales Negotiator Skills and Experience:
- A successful track record in a sales environment
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate with good pc and data entry skills
- Knowledge or experience of SAP system would be desirable
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn, understand products and solutions
