O'Halloran & O'Brien are currently looking for a
yard operative to work in our formwork yard in
Gravesend Kent.


Requirements:


  • Previous yard experience
  • A good attitude & strong work ethic
  • A good health and safety knowledge

Role & Responsibility

  • Maintenance and refurbishment of returned goods
  • To ensure all stock is stored and accounted for properly.
  • To ensure that equipment in and out documentation is completed fully and in a timely manner.
  • To ensure that everyone working in the yard adheres to Health & Safety standards
  • Ensure stock is assessed and repaired to O'Halloran & O'Brien standard.
  • Maintain an organised workspace and effective systems for yourself & the team.
  • Promoting the Company and its values at all times, leading by example through personal attitude
  • Develop relationships within the workplace and company between colleagues
  • Demonstrate understanding of the business and its context.
  • Develop a strong understanding of commercial enterprise
  • Demonstrate effective time management
