Description

Our fantastic client, a large property management company, are looking for caretaker/gardener to provide maintenance support for their properties in the Nottingham area.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Regularly test the fire alarm and ensure all exits are accessible
  • Replace electrical appliances when necessary
  • Ensure the general cleanliness of the building
  • Report any damage to the property in line with company procedure
  • General small repairs

Skills & Experience

  • Previous caretaking or similar experience essential
  • General DIY skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (vehicle to be provided)
  • Basic IT skills
