Description

2nd/3rd Line Cloud Technician is required by a well established Cloud Communications Provider based in Central London paying up to £45k.

You will be a senior escalation for all 3rd line support needs on the service desk and will once trained will act asa Team Lead/ mentor for the three 1st line technicians who are currently training to be Cloud network engineers.

Skills & Experience

Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Collaboration.
Knowledge working with Azure, AWS or Public cloud.
Proven working knowledge and experience of network technologies and principles such as VLANS, VPN's and firewalls
Strong knowledge of Fortinet product suite.
Excellent understanding of IT networks including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
WLAN deployment design and troubleshooting
Experience working in accordance with ITIL frameworks.
Knowledge of and support of VoIP Services, Session Border Controllers, Meraki Switches, Meraki APs, Avaya IPO and Avaya handsets

This role will suit someone who is currently providing 2nd and 3rd line support in a cloud environment and looking to take the next step in their career.
