Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Service Administrator to join our team.
As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our service department and ensuring smooth operations.

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer information
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is essential
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
