CMA is delighted to be partnering with a global brand based in Southampton, Hampshire, to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager specialising in Reporting & Analytics, which will support the business to understand key performance drivers.


In this commercially focussed and data leaning position, the Senior FP&A Manager will lead a sizeable team and provide FP&A expertise to understand performance, as well as identifying performance opportunities and challenging the business to improve performanceand manage risks.


What will the Senior FP&A Manager role involve?

  • Produce analysis and insight into business performance with clear, concise, insightful summary and commentary ;
  • Development of financial planning tools and processes, including development of EOS (Oracle EPM) planning system;
  • Delivery of a robust and challenging Business Plan, through coordination and oversight of the planning process;
  • Management, coaching and development of a team of 8+
  • Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a pedigree within FP&A and commercial finance, gained within a corporate environment;
  • A business partnering ethos with the ability to quickly build relationships at all levels;
  • Prior experience leading planning process in a corporate environment and significant people management experience;
