_Part Time Administrator_
Shore Recruitment are working with a busy successful construction company who are looking to expand their team with a Project Administrator


Job Role


Inputting information for new manufacturing jobs onto the production planner to enable efficient processing through the factory and delivery process.

Liasing with the Project Office and Suppliers when additional information is required.

Liaising with Project office/Clients/Contracts Managers re scheduling of delivery dates to meet client requirements.

Liaising with Suppliers regarding material issues as and when required.


Assisting the Production Manager with other administrative duties as and when required to aid the efficient running of the Production Department.


Skills Required:

Good working knowledge of Excel is imperative

Good communication skills

Positive and "can do" attitude.

Type of person considered suitable

Positive attitude with a good sense of humour

Proactive and flexible

Ability to deal with difficult people
