Role:
IT Business Partner (Salesforce)

Salary:
£65k + £6k Car + 15% Bonus and Employee Equity

Location:
Peterborough (Hybrid)

Interview Process: 3 Stages ( 2 Virtual 1 Face to face)

Responsibilities

Provide data driven support and direction to colleagues within the Operation team
Manage workflow changes on all Salesforce products for business requirements
Deliver addition value to reports for stakeholders through Salesforce dashboards
Responsible for Data integrity ad cleaning
Keep up to data with all things salesforce to drive the business forward
Support functional teams with expansion opportunities
Identify new opportunities for the development and enhancement of Salesforce within the business
Serve as an expert within salesforce offering training to local key users on how to maximize the platform

Key Skills

3+ years of Salesforce Experience
A working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Einstein Reporting
Experience of Wholesales Platforms
Experience in reporting techniques using JIRA and/or Salesforce Dashboards
Experience in CRM Migration Projects.
