Customer Service Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person and build a long term relationship
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers through various face to face channels
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Salary:
From £24,378.29 per year
