Technical Support Co-ordinator - Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-established manufacturing company in Telford for a new Technical Customer Support Co-ordinator / Customer Support Administrator.

This brand new, Customer Service focused role will suit an experienced Plumber or a background in Plumbing Merchants etc who is looking for an office based role with a well-established, secure business.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

Answer the technical helpline to assist people with problems, design questions and part number
Liaise with customer service if problems that have been identified that require an engineer visit or to discuss warranty claims.
Liaise with the sales department if they require assistance in identifying products.
Assist in creating new bill of materials and product codes as well as reviewing existing ones.

Other associated admin duties

You'll have a stable work history, be well organised and have excellent communication skills.

The role is based in a fast paced environment and applicants will be hands on as well as possessing excellent customer service skills.

Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The Telford site is accessible from parts of Telford and is also commutable from Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, Bridgnorth, Walsall, Stafford, Perton, Wolverhampton, Shifnal etc
