Adkins & Cheurfi are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our client's growing team in 2023.
In this role you'll support on a portfolio of events from concept to delivery through clever thinking, sustainable solutions and exceptional customer service.
This is the perfect role for someone wanting to further develop a career in a fast-paced, exciting and friendly team environment.
Essential experience, skills and attitude
- At least two years experience in an office administration environment or industry relevant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- IT literate (MS Office suite)
- Resourceful individual capable of researching solutions to a detailed brief
- An openminded approach to finding creative solutions
- Cando attitude with no task being too big or small
- Confident in participating in internal team meetings
- Confident with initial outreach to sponsors and suppliers and build relationships
- Comfortable with technology and the use of it to deliver virtual event briefings
- Excellent attention to detail through administration
- Confident in analysing data to support event reports
