We are currently working with a leading manufacturing business based in Staplehurst.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Part-Time Procurement Administrator to join their team on a temporary-permanent basis.

The role requires assisting a close-knit administration team with all aspects of general procurement duties. To be considered for this role you will need to be a team player, have the ability to work within a small team, be numerate, have excellent attentionto detail and be adaptable to helping colleagues as and when needed

Duties will include:
Uploading stock/product information onto the database
Data entry of supplier/customer information onto the ERP system
Creating purchase orders and inputting them onto the system
Managing, scanning and filing of paperwork
Compiling reports & presentations where needed
Assisting in documentation reviews
Any other reasonable duties as part of this role
Professional & reliable
Well organised & self-motivated with an excellent eye for detail
Proficient use of Microsoft Office systems - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Flexible, able to multi-task and think on their feet in a pressured environment
Full, clean driving licence is preferred
