To Go Micro Kitchens Head Office are looking for an Office Pantry team member based in Leamington Spa.

To Go Micro Kitchens provides office pantry services to some of the world's leading tech companies locally in the Reading Area and in the centre of London and are branching out to Leamington Spa.

We are opening a new office on behalf of our customer in Lemington Spa

We are looking for a part time person to:
Look after the office pantry (Micro Kicthen)

Working hours Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8.30pm with flexibility required

To have a felexible and can do attitude to the work place:

Able to pass a criminal background check.
Able to pass a drugs & alcohol test.
Home Office Right to work check code & DVLA check code will be required.
Selfmotivation, initiative and high energy are good values to possess in this role.
Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organisational levels.
Understands and has basic knowledge of computers (word/excel).
Confident working in a small team reporting romotly to the line manager.
Must enjoy being hands on and customer facing at times visibility and control is essential.
Will require a basic knowledge of iPad.
Be reliable and have a willingness to learn

The Company may, from time to time, change or amend the requirements, but this will be in consultation with you and agreed by both parties, beforehand.

Cleaning the coffee machine

- filling the drinks cooler
- stocking the snack racks
- keeping the kicthen clean
- keeping the store room clean and tidy
- daily ordering via ipad

Attending Team meetings via the in house meeting rooms at suitable periods.
Attending training courses when necessary.
Comply with all aspects of both the Company Health & Safety policy and procedures and any specified by the Client.
To be suitably attired on Client's premises in order to promote a professional image.
We would expect exceptional customer service, dedication and commitment.
