We are looking for a Head Cook to work in our busy kitchen. 3-5 days a week (6am start). Predominantly weekend work. Experience in cooking in a busy, fast paced environment is essential. Level 2 in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene is desirable, however in house training can be given.


Job Role to include:

• Cooking to a high level and owning the menu content
• Responsible for completion of Food Safety/Hygiene paperwork
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Complying with all food legislation rules and regulations
• General cleaning duties end of shift
• Responsible for orders/supplies
• Ability to manage a team
• Good time keeping
• Prioritising a high volume of order tickets
• Flexible working to the needs of the business

Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour
