Enablement Team
We are seeking a Care coordinator for our office base in Edmonton

working hours are between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday including two weekends in four on a 4-week rolling rota

(Hours worked 8-10pm and on Sundays are paid as an enhanced rate)

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a very busy working environment.


An ability to prepare and monitoring rotas for care and support staff, this involves the use of our electronic CM2000 rota system and mobile working assistive app.


Dealing with queries from the staff, clients, professionals, agencies and undertaking general office duties will require excellent communication skills both verbal and written will be essential.

Allocating staff cover to rota's of staff calling in sick and ensuring all clients we support receive their allocated care visit.


Maintain effective and efficient administrative and information management systems, using the appropriate means, in order to support the work of the department.


Ensure data and records are maintained in accordance with agreed standards and in keeping with the Data Protection/Freedom of Information regulations including the regular housekeeping of computerised and paper information following document management processes.
