Job Title:
Credit Controller


Location:
Burton on Trent (office-based)


Duration:
Permanent


You will be:

  • Responisble for chasing debt from utility companies
  • Manage a ledger with a high volume of accounts
- liaise with operational employees and specific franchises

  • Manage queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Set up payment plans and make payments when necessary
  • Undertake account reconciliation
  • Meeting cash and debtor day targets
  • Be an expert in problem solving
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Be able to build and develop strong working relationships with the division and its customers
