The role

The difference our new Driver/Handler will make
As a Driver/Handler, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Driving university students to Benson either from the universities or the train station.

Day to Day you'll have the ability to work flexibly as part of a team, Supportive of a culture of high performance, have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach to operations and the ability to ensure timely action to achieve desired output as well as staying committed to the task at hand

Essential experience


Applicants will have:
(Essential)


  • Clean Driving Licence
  • Ability to demonstrate practical and theoretical standards requirements
  • Meet eye colour vision of CP2/CP3 for airfield airside operations

Applicants might have but not essential:

  • Working knowledge of RAF/DVSA/DGSA and Babcock Transport administration
  • Working knowledge of Transport & Driver legal requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate practical and theoretical standards required
  • Experience of working within a military environment
  • Experience of handling aircraft in a military or civilian EASA Pt 145 environment.
  • Grob 115 E Handling Course.
  • Check A course.
  • Familiar with Military Documentation.
