Job description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily cleaning of the building and grounds
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the building and grounds
  • Light maintenance of the units (repairs to plumbing, painting, etc.)
  • Keeping the facility in good condition with regular upkeep (repairs to doors, windows, floors, walls, roofs, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:


  • Enhanced DBS

Experience:


  • Previous experience as a caretaker or similar role preferred.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
From £10.92 per hour

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newport, NP20 4AQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- cleaning: 1 year (required)

  • Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (required)
