Reed Education is growing With increased demand from our school we are adding to our talent pool of Cover Supervisors and Cover Teachers to support Secondary Schools starting asap.

About You

  • Are you a proud educator with a passion for teaching & learning?
  • Comfortable interacting with children aged 1118?
  • Would you be confident being the responsible adult in the classroom and keeping students on task?
  • Think you've got what it takes to inspire children to achieve great results in their studies and develop their flourishing minds?

What you will need:

  • The ability to create an calm learning and teaching environment for all students
  • Strong ICT Skills
  • Experience working in an education environment would be beneficial but not essential
  • A good sense of humour and the ability to get on with up to 30 teenagers at a time
  • To be an excellent role model to pupils at all times
  • The ability to implement rewards and sanctions in accordance with the behaviour policy of the school


This is a temporary ad hoc role as part of our supply talent pool to support schools with both planned and emergency cover so you'll need to be able to work flexibly, ideally a minimum of 3 days a week.
