Working in the world of care, we're dedicated to providing excellent support and exceptional care to our customers at Blueleaf.

As a leading supplier of care products, consumables and furniture, we're looking to recruit a permanent, full time Customer Service Team Leader to join our Customer Service team in our Castleford location.


This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with typical working hours from 8am to 4:30pm.

Immediate start is available.

Your day to day responsibilities:


  • Day to day management of the customer service team and their activities ensuring individuals and team align with the company values.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring the delivery of business information.
  • Analyse individual team performance through agreed metrics and feedback through 121 meetings, always seeking continuous improvement.
  • Develop and coach individuals to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Communication and collaboration between sales teams, purchasing and operations to improve the customer experience. Manage holidays and absence.

Skills & Experience

  • Customer fixation by actively seeking to understand customer requirements and business operations.
  • Anticipates request for solutions based on welldeveloped relationships.
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels and backgrounds and understands concerns, feelings and reactions of others.
  • Planning and organising self to accomplish specific goals.
  • Problem solving with a willingness to make decisions once analysed making judgment on the best solution to a problem or situation.
  • Strong Team player willing to participate as a full member.
  • Leadership using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to inspire, guide individuals or groups towards goal achievement.
  • Delegation skills by utilising the team effectively, allocating decision making and other responsibilities to the appropriate team member.
  • Commercial awareness: a business attitude and business sense that is reflected in every decision and action.
  • A positive attitude and mindset, working well as part of a team and being an excellent team player, exuding positivity even through tough times.

What will we offer?


We will offer an attractive salary of £34,008 per annum, and 33 days holiday inclusive of bank and public holidays.

Location
This role is located at our Castleford office in West Yorkshire.
