Operations Administrator
LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products, and has now grown into a leading technology supplier.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and organise daily picking requirements to fulfil the requirements of the production schedule.
- Booking domestic and international shipments.
- Arranging collections.
- Chasing couriers and checking courier invoices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify physical counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy on all company databases and documentation.
- Work closely with other departments in the business to ensure smooth operations.
Experience / Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a warehouse lead role.
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
- Continuous improvement mindset to improve processes.
- Selfmotivated, dependable and trustworthy.
- Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
What We Offer
- Annual salary £24,000£28,000 (depending on experience)
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
