Job Purpose:


The Survey Sales Team Leader is responsible for developing the surveys team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its surveys sales targets consistently.

The role will entail mentoring members of their surveys team, setting targets, delivering training and monitoring performance.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the overall running of the survey sales team

Manage the team rota and staff holidays and absence

Achieving growth and hitting targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses

Call quality audits to ensure that the team is following the script and delivering a first-class customer service

Training and onboarding of new and existing staff

Monthly 121s with team members to ensure their performance is managed and development needs met.

Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships

To undertake other duties as requested


Job Requirement / Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, or equivalent role
  • Time management and prioritising workload
  • Industry Knowledge and Experience desirable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • People management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
