Advice Policy Consultant - 12 moth Contract


We have an excellent opportunity for an Advice Policy Consultant to join our expanding Policy Advice team on an initial 12 month contract.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining St. James's Place Advice Policy framework, interpreting business requirements across the UK business for both pensions and non-pensions.

In addition, you will support the impact of corporate projects on the Advice process and contribute as a knowledge resource to our wider projects.


Who are we looking for:


Excellent interpersonal skills, organised, and supportive, you will be detail orientated with a flare for simplifying complex information and a pragmatic approach to work.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the change delivery of Advice work streams; contributing as the department on multiple projects across the business.
  • Design, deliver and maintain appropriate advice documentation and supporting Partnership materials
  • Engage with and understand the impact of legislative changes; implementing Advice policy and procedural changes across the SJP Partnership and other areas of the business
  • Provide consultancy support and technical expertise on advice guidance related issues both internally and externally across the SJP UK businesses.
  • Develop clear and effective communications and support with the creation of training content for our Partnership, Field Management Team (FMT) and Partner Support Service (PSS) Technical Services and Business Assurance Divisions across SJP.
  • Support the design and delivery of additional technical support materials like help sheets, Q&A docs and checklists

Special Requirements:

A CII Finance Diploma is essential
