At Upwards Care Solutions we are committed to offering high-quality care and support to Young People and Service Users.Our purpose is to equip the Young People with the skills and tools to enable them to achieve a seamless transition into independent living and their own tenancy.
And to support Service Users within our CQC service to remain in their own homes with a sympathetic and dignified support package around them.
As a Social Media Volunteer you will be the driving force behind our online presence and community engagement.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy to promote the services, connect with our target audience, and establish our company as a leading provider in care solutions.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and brand identity.
- Identify key social media channels and platforms for maximum impact and audience reach.
- Generate bold and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to market and design cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Foster and nurture a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and addressing inquiries.
- Monitor industry trends and conversations to stay ahead of the curve and incorporate relevant topics into our content.
- Identify and build relationships with external stakeholders and brand advocates who can amplify our message and reach a broader audience.
- Encourage and leverage usergenerated content to enhance brand authenticity and credibility.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns and make datadriven
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, social trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies in realtime to optimise results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role in a fastpaced and innovative environment.
- Strong understanding of the social care industry
- Passion for staying uptodate on the latest trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a bold and creative flair.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and adapt to a rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Undergraduate/ graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

This is a voluntary position, however we will contribute towards the following:
- Travel expenses for commute
