Quantitative Analytics (QA) - PMO and Data Management
London
As a Barclays QA - PMO and Data Management, you will manage the ongoing identification, reporting and improvement of QA project data to enable management of critical business outcomes, such as FRTB.
Working closely with QA senior developers, project owners and our QA Management Team you will have the unique opportunity to establish the data management framework and extend and embed to all support areas.

What will you be doing?
- Maintaining and enhancing the QA data model and process for capturing and reporting project data and ensuring data quality
- Negotiating effectively through anticipating and managing objections and challenges, gaining trust and respect from multiple stakeholders
- Translating business problems into solutions, optimising design through an iterative process to achieve organisational objectives
- Producing regular and ad hoc reporting to enable management of critical business outcomes
- Being responsible for ongoing review and challenge of data quality
- Establishing and driving best practice for managing project data within QA, aligning to Barclays Change Delivery and Data Management Standards as required
- Providing guidance and training within QA on the data model and process
What we're looking for:
- Organised and attentive to details
- Knowledge/Experience of designing data models and data management
- Experience with JIRA, Excel and other appropriate tools to capture data and enable process automation and data visualisation
- Selfstarter, motivated and disciplined
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Knowledge of financial modelling methodologies and/or using model outputs
- Experience in Project Management or Data Management
- Understanding of markets products and business
