Oaklands is an outstanding special school serving the London Borough of Hounslow that provides specialist education to students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism.

We have a Primary school (New Oaks) and a Secondary school (High Oaks).

We are based across two different sites with both our school buildings offering state of the art facilities for our students.


Applicants must be physically fit and willing to undertake all aspects of the role including assisting with personal care and medical needs of students, such as hoisting, physiotherapy programmes, manual handling and support in eating, drinking and using the toilet.


We believe that all of our students are capable of making outstanding progress and we want to appoint individuals who share this belief.

Hours of work: 8.45am to 4.30pm on Mondays (includes an additional hour on curriculum work after 3.30pm)
