Description
Kinglsey Road is supported housing service supporting people with severe and complex mental health issues in Northampton.

  • A Support Worker has a variety of responsibilities, including direct support with all aspects of peoples' daily living in order to promote recovery and independence, administering medication, risk assessment and management and recording and reporting.
  • In addition, a Support Worker will have line management and supervisory duties and must demonstrate an ability to prioritise and allocate tasks on shift. The Support Worker will be part of a small, dynamic team, working alongside other staff within the service. The role will require the successful applicant to work as part of a rolling rota which will include weekends and sleepins.
