An experienced Room Leader, where you will be managing either our baby / toddler or pre-school rooms and managing all staff in those rooms you will be a Senior Room Leader/Unit Manager, managing another Room Leader in the rooms and all other staff in the rooms, our baby rooms are 2 separate rooms on the top floor.

We have free parking and are also walkable from Chesham station.


Duties - You will be responsible for managing all staff including room leaders in either our baby room or older rooms we have, doing supervisions, 1-1's, planning, training, observing rooms and all the staff in the rooms and covering for staff, also ensuring all is in line with current EYFS and acting as key holder.


Requirements -

  • Level 3 in childcare or above essential
  • Previous and recent Room Leader / Third in Charge experience
  • Can get to Chesham easily, our early shift is 7.30am.
  • Punctual, reliable and a good team player with a fair management style

£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
