In this compliance role, you will be joining Insignis who are making waves within the financial technology sector with their cash management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with writing and maintaining Insignis' compliance policies and governance processes to embed a proportionate riskbased compliance model across the firm.
- Deliver and administer compliance training on policies, procedures and other adhoc compliance topics where required. Experience in working with Skillcast is desirable.
- Reviewing FSCS disclosures to ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve financial promotions to ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for generating compliance management information.
- Assist with second line escalations to Compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Work with multiple parts of the business including Sales, Onboarding, Client Services, and the Payments teams to mitigate compliance risk.
- Contribute your ideas on improving all aspects of the process and business and promote a positive and proactive working culture through sharing knowledge and expertise.

The following is required for the role:
- Experience working in the financial services sector, particularly retail banking, payments or FinTech background would be useful, with a demonstrable understanding of industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.
- Attention to detail, meticulous, detailorientated, and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to research, use own initiative and be a selfstarter is crucial in this fastpaced environment.
- Ability to conduct a gap analysis efficiently and effectively and summarise risk from multiple sources.
- Administrative and governance skills essential
- Knowledge of FCA rules, including BCOBS, FSCS & PSRs desirable
