'''Duties''' - Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements - Remove old roofing materials and prepare the surface for new materials - Install new roofing materials, such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets - Repair or replace damaged or missing shingles or tiles - Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed - Clean and maintain work area and tools '''Experience''' - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a roofer - Proficient in heavy lifting and working at heights - Ability to fabricate and install various roofing materials - Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in roofing projects - Experience with welding, plumbing, masonry, or carpentry is a plus - Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints As a roofer, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and installing roofs on residential and commercial buildings. You will work with a team to ensure that roofs are properly constructed and maintained. This is a physically demanding job that requires heavy lifting, climbing, and working at heights. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a roofer and be familiar with various roofing materials and techniques. You should also have good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work well in a team.
