Junior Business Analyst

Tasks:


  • Become a functional expert of our LEA modules, using your expertise to train clients and assist with on boarding
  • Advise clients on how the system can be configured and catered to their requirements
  • Participate in projects from start to finish, assisting the Project Manager and developers to deliver successfully
  • Manage system changes, from scoping through to User Acceptance Testing and delivery
  • Support the client during the golive of the system

Qualifications:


  • A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) is required in Computer Science, Business, IT Management or in a related field of studies
  • You're passionate about technology and how it can solve business problems
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Engaging communication skills and proactive and collaborative attitude
  • Analytical skillset demonstrated through study and/or work experience
