Are you an experienced Business Development Executive who's passionate about sales development, who is intuitive and insightful with a professional, yet affable personality?

Having acquired multiple businesses in the past year, the WorkNest team is growing fast, so we're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our friendly, forward-thinking Sales Team.

Why your role matters

This role is integral to our Sales team; the Business Development Executive will lead on conversations with customers and prospects, with the aim of helping to increase awareness of our products and services and building relationships, as well as maximisingrevenue generation.

What you'll be doing

The Business Development Executive will work closely with our Business Managers to understand the needs of prospective clients and identify opportunities for the implementation of our services.

You will use this information to engage with senior decision makersto arrange face-to-face and remote sales meetings for your sales colleagues.

You will build a collaborative relationship with your Business Manager with the aim to best serve clients and prospects, showcasing WorkNest products that will add meaningful value to their business.

You will also work closely with our campaign managersin the Marketing to provide them with feedback that cover market insights and competitor behaviour.

Where you'll be working

This is a hybrid role (a minimum of one day per week in the Alfdford office, with the rest of the week remote).

That way, you'll be able to work collaboratively with your sales colleagues, while also having some quieter time to focus on your workload withoutdistraction.
