We are in search of a Customer Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established Automotive Leasing Business in the Bristol (West side towards Avonmouth) area.

They are looking for someone with a strong customer service background to become part of a team formed to providing experience, expertise, passion and a customer focused attitude.

Our client is offering the successful Customer Service Advisor:

£25,000 Basic Salary + Quarterly Bonus
Monday to Friday Working Hours ONLY 8.30am 5pm / 9am 5.30pm
No Weekends
22 Days Holiday + Birthday Off + Bank Holidays

Office Working Environment

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor:

Investigating and dealing with customer queries after delivery
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Following up with customers after delivery
Keep up to date records of all queries
Working as part of a team supporting, motivating and assisting colleagues
