I am working on behalf of a high quality, independent homecare provider who are seeking a Care Manger for their service in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. This is a small, family run provider who have operating close to one year in the sector.

They specialise in really high quality, premium homecare for private service users. It is a fantastic chance to join a growing company with a great reputation already and have a massive influence on the business moving forward This company are offeringlots of flexibility with opportunity to work from home and 33 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • Work closely with the Directors in managing the day to day running of the branch and delivery of care
  • Ensure the service is compliant with CQC regulations
  • Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Manage and lead the dedicated care team

Registered Manager Requirements:


  • Previous domiciliary care experience
  • Management experience in the care sector will also consider deputy level
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Good communication skills and transparency
  • Knowledge of the Kenilworth and Warwickshire area desirable
  • Passionate about delivering highquality care
