WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
RDUK is looking for a Finance Project Controller who will work as a key member of the MIV Project Team as part of the Project Management Team (IPT),


The Project Controler, under the guidance of the MIV Programme Team will be responsible for analysis of SAP, Material, Change Data, EVM and Risk in support of the MIV Vehicle Programme.

You will develop strong, collaborative and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders (UK and Germany) pursuant to successful delivery of the MIV Contract

You will support the development of Data Reporting across the project to ensure the performance of the team assigned (direct / indirect) to ensure full contract compliance and delivery

The individual securing the position must be eligible for, be able to attain; and maintain an SC Clearance.

Responsibilities:


  • RLS SAP Analysis


  • RLS Material Reports

  • Shortage Reports
  • Support Material Expediting through Supplier Support
  • RLS / RBSL Change Statistics
  • Creation of the EVM report for Analysis by the Programme Team
  • Drafting the MPR Report to be delivered to the Customer by Department
  • Excel Reports and Calculations
  • Programme Team Support (UK / Germany)
  • Support Programme Deliverables and timings are delivered to the required standard and quality
  • Prepare deliverables and reports, attend and participate in internal and Customer Programme reviews, and meetings as required

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Expoerience of Data Management in a Complex Environment
  • Material Management (Desireable)


  • Data Management

  • Excel Expert with ability for V-Look Up and Calculations
  • MS Office and ability to pull Reports together
  • Ensure correct, accurate progress recorded, reported.(Desireable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, (Essential)
  • Travel to Germany sometimes for internal Programme Meetings and MoD Programme Reviews (Essential)
