Customer Service Call Handler - Market Harborough, United Kingdom - Vanilla Recruitment (UK) Ltd
Description
Salary and hours:
- £11 per hour
- Monday to Friday working on a weekbyweek rotational basis (office based)
- Week one 7am 3pm
- Week two 3pm 11pm
Duties and responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from customers supporting them with any technical issues
- Logging calls and requests into ticker management system
- Ensuring tickets have been actioned with engineers
- Dealing with daytoday queries
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience working in a telephone based role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Proactive and highly motivated
- Service orientated, looks for ways to help people
- Approachable, friendly and professional
