Description

Salary and hours:

- £11 per hour

  • Monday to Friday working on a weekbyweek rotational basis (office based)
  • Week one 7am 3pm
  • Week two 3pm 11pm

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Answering inbound calls from customers supporting them with any technical issues
  • Logging calls and requests into ticker management system
  • Ensuring tickets have been actioned with engineers
  • Dealing with daytoday queries

Skills and experience required:


  • Previous experience working in a telephone based role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Proactive and highly motivated
  • Service orientated, looks for ways to help people
  • Approachable, friendly and professional
