The Role - Assistant Property Manager

Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the instructions and meet the targets set by the Head of Operations to ensure our contractual obligations are met.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with residents and all stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is at the forefront of all interactions and assist with successfully onboarding residents to their new homes.
  • Produce accurate, high quality and customer focused written work.
  • Develop positive and effective relationships with individual residents, the client and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with referring defects to the after care team and general repairs to our contractors, updating job records.
  • Liaise with other teams and contractors to ensure the properties and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all documents are uploaded to the IT systems and IT systems updated as required.
  • Assist with the management of void properties prior to letting and sale.
  • Lead on the allocations and nominations process for properties and providing assistance with enquiries and viewings, including liaising with local authority nomination teams. Processing applicants from nomination stage to move in.
  • In keeping with Pinnacles values, you will ensure you bring added value to the contract, beyond the basic requirements of the role.
  • Any other projects or duties as determined by the Head of Operations

Skills

  • Be able to work proactively under own initiative
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • There will be completing deadlines so good organisational skills are key
  • Be able to perform a whole range of housing management and administrative tasks.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to work within an ever changing environment
  • IT skills (Word and Excel and relevant software)
  • To be able to demonstrate the behaviours required as outlined in the Living the Values section of the Pinnacle Way booklet.
