Description

We are currently recruiting for a leading property management business looking for a Client Accountant to join the team.

As a Client Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounts for their clients, including preparing financialstatements, managing budgets and providing financial insights to support the management of their properties.

Ideally, you will;

Have previously been heavily involved with Service Charge, including recharges and budget setting.
Be studying to progress your ACCA or CIMA, ideally already graduate or MAAT level.
At least 3 years of experience in client accounting, preferably in the property management or legal industry.
Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role.
